Mohsin Alim Qazi, CEO
Having more than 25 years of experience of Research & Development, Administration and Finance in Carrier Telephone Industries and later on in Comcept (Private) Limited, Mohsin looked after Wi-tribe Pakistan Telecom Operations as Chief Financial Officer from 2008 to 2014. He started his career from Carrier Telephone Industries in 1988 as Research Engineer. He is one of the founding members of Comcept.
His in-depth knowledge of telecommunication and the ability to look at the technologies from a commercial and financial angle is his forte un-matched and un-paralleled in Pakistan. -

Asad Karim, Director
Mr. Asad Karim carries over 30 years’ experience of Research & Development and Senior Management Positions in Comcept, iPhonica, Burraq Telecom, WiTribe and Tele-Taleem. Starting as a Research Engineer in CTI, a Siemens' subsidiary, he progressed to a team lead and finally the Manager of the R&D Labs. He left the company to incorporate Comcept, a startup doing custom developments for telecom service providers.
He has served Comcept as CEO for 9 years, building Comcept into a solid company of 175+ professionals generating 5m US$ in revenue. After being CEO of Iphonica USA, CEO and CTO of Burraq Telecom, subsequently named as WiTribe Pakistan, he joined Comcept as the CEO in 2009. Mr. Asad Karim has been a major contributor in Pakistan's IT Policy, and is a member of the IT Advisory Board.

Muhammad Shamim, Director, Head SBU-ES
Over 25 years of experience of research and development, marketing of telecom products and managing Comcept (Private) Limited. He started his career in 1984 with Carrier Telephone Industries as Research engineer to become Manager R&D. He has numerous other indigenous product designs to his name before he left CTI and joined the Comcept group with a greater challenge of marketing the products designed and produced by the company.
He has served as CEO Comcept and Director Marketing for almost 10 years, as CEO Symbia Pvt Ltd for 4 years and currently heads the Energy Solutions SBU of Comcept.

Muhammad Arif Khan, Director, Head SBU-AGS
Over 34 years of experience in industrial production of Telecommunication and IT equipment. Mr. Arif Khan has been looking after the procurement of components, production planning and manufacturing of Comcept’s indigenously designed products for the telecom and defense market.
He has managed electronic assembly, testing & repair, structured cabling, mechanical pre-fabrication, plastic molding, mechanical testing, electronics testing of components (for quality assurance). Currently he looks after CNG Auto-Gas Stations owned by Comcept.

Mahmood Hussain, COO, Head SBU-DEF
With over 30 years of experience in electronics and software/firmware design using state of the art technologies, he has led the Design team to introduce a diverse line of products in the telecom, energy solutions and defense sector which have brought revenue and fame to Comcept.
He has been the head of Design Department of Comcept since its inception and orchestrated the design and development of indigenous solutions for consumer as well as defense verticals.
